As part of our Plan Phase we have Strategic art of the possible roadmaping and Assessment Solutions in place to support you on your journey.
A focus on exploring and mapping both business and technical goals and requirements (surfaced through the strategise stage), with a view to developing a broader strategy to support the initiatives required to adopt the agreed upon target solution.
A Strategise stage includes art of the possible sessions and a strategic roadmap. Strategise is seen as the typical start point for a customers’ journey, focusing on working with the customer to understand their business and technical drivers, requirements, goals and overall solution objectives with aim to provide the customer with a strategic roadmap.
The Assess stage will help gather information via discovery sessions, surveys, readiness assessments and workshops. A tactical deep dive to gain complete understanding of the existing technical environment including readiness assessments, audits and configuration reviews. This stage should act as a precursor for wider projects involving design, deployment, and adoption as it provides a “snapshot” of the current infrastructure and acts the foundation for making informed design decisions
