Comms-care has a mature and proven engagement lifecycle framework, encompassing three core phases and nine individual stages. Our modular approach allows us to follow a consistent, yet flexible, delivery methodology encompassing only the delivery stages relevant to the engagement.
As part of our Execute Phase we have Design best practice, Deploy target solution and Adopt to support the deployment lifecycle to support you on your journey.
The Design stage includes Consultant Lead Workshops and Vendor & Industry best practice Designs. The design stage includes design workshop sessions and high/low level design outputs for formulating and documenting the proposed solution architecture. The design stage typically harnesses intelligence gathered from the assess and envision stages.
The Deploy stage includes Product Supply, Solution Deployments and System Builds. The deployment of the target solution, in line with the agreed upon design documentation set, focusing on the build, configuration and testing of solution-specific components, in preparation for adoption
The adopt stage includes the actual adoption of the deployed solution, with typical activities including production roll-out across sites and / or migration activities (i.e. user/VM migrations).
