Comms-care has a mature and proven engagement lifecycle framework, encompassing three core phases and nine individual stages. Our modular approach allows us to follow a consistent, yet flexible, delivery methodology encompassing only the delivery stages relevant to the engagement.
As part of our Operate phase we have Mange, Support and Optimise solutions in place to support you on your journey.
The Manage stage includes proactive: Monitoring, Management and Support. Manage is focused on providing a fully (proactive) Managed Service for the solution. This is typically a recurring (post-deployment) service for the length of the contract or subscription.
The Support stage includes reactive: Repairs, Logistics, Hardware Support and Service Support. Support is focused on providing support services (post-deployment) for the deployed solution, ranging from ad hoc reactive problem resolution through to full hardware maintenance.
The Optimise stage includes Advanced Feature Enablement, Penetration Testing and Cost Optimisation. The optimise stage typically sees the final post-deployment activities performed to ensure the solution is in its optimal state prior to handover. Optimise also includes point-in-time activities such as health checks and cost optimisation.
