Overview
Qunifi OneVoiceTM is an enterprise grade cloud-based business phone system which works with Office 365 and Skype for Business giving staff a complete mobile office wherever they are.
Your advantage of selling Qunifi OneVoice alongside Office 365 Skype for Business, is that you can demonstrate a fully joined up solution that is easy to use and can inspire a customer to think about ways they can use these tools to enhance their business. There is also the commercial feature that if they have Office 365 already, then they are paying for half of the solution today and not using it.
The can be managed using the following features:
Users Management
The service can be assigned to a user of an organization. Once the service is assigned, a user receives personal limit for
resources from it's Resource Model, and can consume it individually. In the Odin Automation Control Panel, the service can
be assigned to users in:
- Existing Users:
- Home Dashboard > Users > Select a User > Assign Service,
- Home Dashboard > The Service > Users > Select a User (checkbox) > Assign Service.
- New Users: Users > Add New Users > Assign Services to new users > The service (checkbox).
Login to Service
The service provides a native Control Panel for its users. When an organization is created in the service from Odin
Automation, any admin or regular user, who has the service assigned, can login to the Service Control Panel from the Odin
Automation Control Panel:
Home > Users > Select a User > User Services > The Service > Login to Service.
Depending on the role of the user, the Service Control Panel provides the following capabilities:
Admin User
In the Service Control Panel, an Admin User can:
- View their own profile,
- View a list of all users of their organization,
- View current limits and usage of all users of their organization,
- Change usage of any user from their organization: Users > Usage cell in the table for a user > Edit > Save.
Regular User
In the Service Control Panel, a Regular User can:
- View their own profile,
- View their current limits and usage,
- Consume the service, i.e. perform the operations that the service provides.
